LetsPlan הוא שירות בפיילוט שמציע לזוגות ערבים זוגיים בוואטסאפ. השירות מופעל על ידי צוות LetsPlan. שאלות ובקשות: [email protected].

מה אנחנו אוספים

• שם ומספר טלפון של כל אחד מבני הזוג.
• מה שסיפרתם בטופס ההרשמה: אזור מגורים, העדפות, תקציב, ימים וזמנים נוחים, ופרטי בייביסיטר אם מסרתם.
• ההודעות שאתם שולחים ל-LetsPlan בוואטסאפ, והתשובות שלנו.

למה

רק כדי להציע לכם ערבים שמתאימים לכם, לתאם אותם, ולשפר את השירות במהלך הפיילוט. כל הצעה נבדקת על ידי אדם לפני שהיא נשלחת. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום.

מי מעבד את המידע

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — לשליחה וקבלה של הודעות.
• Supabase — אחסון הנתונים, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי (פרנקפורט).
• Google (Gemini ו-Google Places) — לניסוח הצעות ולחיפוש מקומות. נשלחות רק ההעדפות הנדרשות, בשירות בתשלום שאינו משתמש בהן לאימון מודלים.

כמה זמן ומה הזכויות שלכם

המידע נשמר למשך הפיילוט ונמחק בסיומו, או קודם לכן לפי בקשתכם. כתבו "הסר" בוואטסאפ כדי להפסיק לקבל הודעות, ופנו במייל כדי לעיין במידע שלכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. נטפל בבקשה תוך 30 יום.

LetsPlan is a pilot service that proposes date nights to couples over WhatsApp, run by the LetsPlan team. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Each partner's name and phone number.
• What you told us at sign-up: area, preferences, budget, convenient days and times, and babysitter contacts if provided.
• Messages you send to LetsPlan on WhatsApp, and our replies.

Why

Only to propose and coordinate date nights that fit you and to improve the service during the pilot. A person reviews every proposal before it is sent. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Processors

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — sending and receiving messages.
• Supabase — data storage in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Google (Gemini and Google Places) — drafting proposals and finding venues, on a paid tier that doesn't use the data for model training.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept for the pilot and deleted when it ends, or earlier on request. Send "הסר" on WhatsApp to stop messages; email us to access, correct or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.

Data deletion

To delete your data, email [email protected] from any address with your phone number, or write "מחק את המידע שלי" to LetsPlan on WhatsApp.
